Terms & Conditions

Congressional Trades — Garden Shed Clay LLC — Last Updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Congressional Trades ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Application.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

The Application is offered under two (2) paid subscription plans powered by Stripe and processed through the App Store via in-app purchase:

  • Monthly Access — $1.99 USD per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Founding Membership (Annual) — $19.99 USD per year, billed on a recurring annual basis.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal is identified at the time of purchase.
  • You may manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time by accessing your Apple ID account settings on your device.
  • Cancellation of the active subscription period is not allowed once payment has been processed; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice; changes will not affect an active subscription during its current billing period.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store should be directed to Apple Support, as Apple handles all billing for in-app subscriptions purchased via the App Store.

Subscribing does not create a transferable license. Each subscription is tied to the Apple ID that completed the purchase and may not be shared across multiple accounts.
